 Summer Term 2008

The summer term is our last term at Putnoe   Lower   School so we want to enjoy it

and make the most of it. It’s a busy term with QCA Assessments,

Music Curriculum Evening, Arts Week, Take One Picture, Sports Day

and of course our Leavers assembly.

In Science this term we are looking at the human body in particular the                                      skeleton and muscles and how they work. We’ll also look at classifying                               animals as vertebrates and invertebrates and studying habitats.

In Geography we will be thinking about local and national news.

Our history will be based on ‘The Fighting Temeraire’ and the Life of the ship,

including the battle of Trafalgar. So we certainly have a busy

final term ahead of us.
