We are "Investors in People"
Investors in People is an award for recognising the importance and value of people and training in the workplace. It is about continuous learning amongst all staff in order to enhance the teaching and learning of our pupils.
In February 2002, Putnoe Lower School was successfully recognised as having met, in full, the national standards of Investors in People.
The school received a report of an extremely high standard and was also recommended to consider the European Foundation for Quality Management Excellence Model.
In March 2002 the school held a celebratory evening where the staff received their award from a member of the Chamber Business.
